WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders typically are sent out in 3-5 business days. Depending on the amount of orders that come in, they will occasionally be sent out in 1-3 business days. Since I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For USA orders: 3-10 business days but it can extend to 1 month+ in rare cases

For International orders: 2 weeks - 1 month

WHAT TYPES OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?

We offer untracked (flat) and tracked (First Class Mail/package) shipping.

Untracked Shipping Details:

This is the cheaper option and can only be chosen if all your items are flat.
Prices start at .99 cents USA and $1.50 international.

Tracked Shipping Details:

We recommend using tracked shipping on larger orders.
Prices start at ~$4 USA and ~$14 international.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to most countries! However, I am currently only shipping sticker mail to Australia and New Zealand because international package shipping has been suspended there. Also if you would like to purchase to the UK & EU, go to my Etsy to make a purchase!

I DON'T SEE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED/THERE ARE EXTRA GOODIES IN MY ORDER

If you are missing a part of your order, please email me and I will send it out to you! Since I am packing a lot of orders at once usually, there is a very small but rare chance that I will make a mistake. If you received something extra that you didn't order feel free to keep it!

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations!
